If you are experiencing a cough, fever and shortness of breath please call us at (937) 280-4988 to reschedule your appointment. If you have developed any of these symptoms, please contact your primary care physician for medical advice.

APPOINTMENTS

If your appointment must be rescheduled, we will call you. Please do not bring family members or friends to the office with you. We are limiting visitors in exam rooms to only the patient, one parent or legal guardian (for minors), or one adult caregiver.
