Dr. Tigyer has successfully treated thousands of patients suffering from various spinal conditions. Many of his patients have been able to reduce their pain and return to their normal lives. As a result of his training and expertise, patients receive the safest and most effective medical treatments available. Many of his patients do not require surgery, however, when surgery is required he provides expert care with an interest in minimally invasive techniques to ensure the best experience possible. 

Dr. Tigyer treats a wide variety of spinal conditions, such as:

The Tigyer Spine Center is under the guidance of Dr. Lance Tigyer, board certified orthopedic spine surgeon. Considered a leader in the field, Dr. Tigyer provides the most effective surgical and non-surgical treatment options for a full range of spinal ailments. Dr. Tigyer earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, by completing an orthopedic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tigyer gained his specialty training through a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania-Pennsylvania Hospital.
